Where your files actually live

BriefDesk never stores your course documents. Everything you add stays where it already lives — in your Google Drive, or wherever you linked it from — and BriefDesk keeps a reference to it alongside the course and class it belongs to.

If you upload a file with Drive connected, it's written into your own Drive and linked here, not copied into BriefDesk. That means your materials remain yours: cancel your subscription and every file is still exactly where it was.
